Dustin Melvin

Dustin is a Wilmington native, his family’s been here for ten generations and he has longstanding ties in the coastal Carolina community. At home, he shares life with his wife, their two children, and Frenchie, Moon. An avid runner, most days begin with many miles before the sun rises. As co-owner of Twin Anchor Roofing, Dustin leads sales, project management, and client relations with a strong “do-it-right” mindset, always keeping reliability and solid, dependable service front and center. You’ll find him focused on raising the standard of service for his clients. A seasoned general contractor with many years in roofing, he’s also a CertainTeed ShingleMaster, which underscores his dedication to high craftsmanship and installation excellence. Above all, Dustin values honesty and craftsmanship, he wants each customer to remember him not just for a job well done, but for going above and beyond to complete their project with pride.

Jeremy Letchworth

Born and raised in Eastern North Carolina, Jeremy grew up on a farm and has called Wilmington home since 2018. Proud to be rooted in the community, he enjoys the outdoors, training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at JJI, and spending time with his wife and their playful pug. As co-owner of Twin Anchor Roofing, Jeremy thrives on details and leads with a hands-on approach, always looking for ways to improve quality and efficiency through new products and construction techniques. A Licensed General Contractor as well as a Licensed Independent and Public Adjuster, he brings a rare combination of construction and insurance expertise that allows him to guide homeowners with clarity and confidence. Jeremy’s guiding principle is simple: stand by the work, keep your word, and put the customer first, ensuring every project is completed with integrity, excellence, and results families can rely on.
